@WestJet @yxe_ca @TorontoPearson My mother, who is a senior citizen, arrived in Saskatoon from Toronto on May 18. Upon arrival, two of her checked luggage bags were missing. The WestJet agent at the airport informed us that the bags would be delivered within 24 hours. However, only one bag has been returned, and we are still waiting for the second one. We have contacted the WestJet Central Baggage department multiple times, but unfortunately no one has been able to provide us with clear information regarding the whereabouts of the missing luggage. Each representative has given us different updates and we are repeatedly being asked to wait. This missing luggage contains all of my mother’s essential belongings, including her prescribed medications, which are extremely important for her health and well-being. In addition, she currently has no proper clothing with her, making it very difficult for her to cope with the cold weather in Saskatoon. I humbly request the highest authority to kindly look into this matter urgently and help locate and deliver the missing luggage as soon as possible. Your immediate attention and support in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
