It is incredibly frustrating to call from our registered numbers only to be told the team knows nothing about it, despite your customer service agents claiming they are looking into it. @TPCentralOdisha @CMO_Odisha

@TPCentralOdisha Please act on it immediately, I have pinged you the CA number, everyday there is low voltage, not a single day I can see the voltage constant, and above that power cut two three times a day @CMO_Odisha

@SumitPanda26 @TPCentralOdisha They are not serious at all, there has been a power outrage Kalinganagar (K8) since 6pm. I guess they are doing nothing. Can't describe how much frustrated people really are with their services. Sadly, we don't have any other options.

Disappointed but not surprised by @HSBC_IN. It’s taken 4 days to handle a basic Loan SOA request, only to have it closed with a promise of "7 more days." Why is a simple document not an in-app feature? @HSBC
