Imagine a Pokemon game where you start in Kanto and travel through 6 regions, ending in Kalos.
Kanto ->Johto -> Hoenn -> Sinnoh -> Unova -> Kalos
After completing each region, you must lock in one Pokemon from that journey.
By the time you reach Kalos, you’ll have 6 locked Pokemon…
And that becomes your final battle team.
Your entire adventure decides your champion squad.
The final battle?
Professor Oak - who became a professor after completing the Pokedex and catching every Pokemon from every region.

The 3 biggest mistakes small streamers make:
Last week I reviewed your streams and found several common mistakes that prevent growth.
Quick list of what we saw & how you can improve.
1. Lack of info on stream page
Your About section, bio, schedule, social media links, etc should be filled out.
If someone finds your stream, they should be able to quickly tell what your channel is about and whether or not it is for them, regardless if you are online or offline.
Make it easy to follow you & watch by clearly explaining what they will get on your channel, when you are live, etc.
2. "Variety stream where anyone can come chill"
This narrative is so common, which means it is forgettable.
If you are a stream for all types of content and people, you end up becoming a place for no one. You can easily become more memorable by choosing a lane: competitive play, indie horror, new releases.
Saw a great variety streamer in the horror genre doing scary makeup. This made her memorable even though she is "variety" @ReAnimateHer_
3. Too many platforms
"Diversify your content" but not like that.
Small creators who diversify too broadly are spending all their time making content instead of analyzing data, internalizing lessons, and learning to make better stuff.
Creating a lot doesn't make you stand out anymore. Creating better content does.
Doing another one of these tomorrow-- see you soon!

Nobody in government wants to hear it, but this needs to be said.
UK roads are a complete national embarrassment.
We pay:
Fuel duty.
Road tax.
Council tax.
VAT on every single car repair.
Billions of pounds.
Every single year.
And in return?
Potholes the size of paddling pools.
White lines so faded they're basically suggestions.
Street lights that haven't worked since 2019.
Pavements so broken disabled people can't use them.
Last year the average UK driver spent £143 repairing pothole damage.
Tyres.
Wheels.
Suspension.
Out of your own pocket.
Because the council won't accept liability.
They never do.
How could they?
They're completely faultless, no?
You report the pothole.
They send a man with a van.
He looks at it.
He leaves.
You report it again.
Nothing.
You report it a third time.
They fill it with something that lasts until the next rainfall.
It's back within a week.
Why fix it properly when you can keep pouring money into it, literally...
But your road tax went out on the 1st.
Like clockwork.
Every. Single. Month.
Where is the money going?
Genuinely.
Where is it going?
Does anyone have a good answer???
