Hello @RelianceResQ the service request for AC maintenance was created on 21st June 2025, but still no action was initiated. What is the ideal resolution time for maintenance service request. Customers paying an additional amount for extended care is NOT being addressed properly by ResQ. It is only the publicity made the sale rep while purchasing the product. My previous request for the same was cancelled by you without my consent. Please confirm if you are ready to pay the compensation on the mental agony experienced by the customer as per consumer protection act.

Hello @TG_NPDCL , On date 25.06.2025, The power supply at my home got disconnected by your staff without any confirmation if there are any current bill due on the consumer. Upon enquiry, it was informed that it was disconnected as it showing as pending in the system. If you have lapse in your system to update latest transactions then it should be your responsibility to correct it. It was restored after long waiting of hours. I would need clear action against the official who made this illegal disconnection. It is a clear violation of Electricity act, consumer protection act and complete misuse of goverment authority by official. Consumer no. 12905767. If no further unconditional apology and action against the concerned official, then legal actions will be initiated against the same. @Bhatti_Mallu

@RaviVattem Hi @RaviVattem garu, The main challenge for the government is now to find the legal options to involve builder in construction. Many builders used to keep the lands regstrd on financier names who used to fund for the construction. The only piece of evidence is agreement of sale.

These are the two legal principles that places burden on both the buyer and seller. Caveat emptor and Caveat venditor both translates to Buyer and Seller should be aware of the transaction. As far as Sunday's Krishnareddypet, Ameenpur demolitions are concern, Knowingly builder has sold the Villas that are constructed on the Government Survey no 12 of Krishnareddypet on the pretext of constructing it on the survey no 6 of Patelguda and sold it to the present victims/buyers who also failed to notice the fraud played by the builder. It is partinent to note that from past 1.5 years number of Notices were issued by the competent authorities to the builder and partial demolitions were also carried out in the past and the same was published in the newspapers number of times, and Panchayat secretary who gave approval was suspended. So, it is not correct to blame #HYDRAA or the Government for your own mistakes. However, you can seek/demand compensation from the builder who cheated and looted you and also file criminal cases on him. I request the Government to help the victims in getting compensation from the builder who cheated them.
