@PREDICT_network It depends. Evidence free zone. Are they awake or asleep? Do they have risks for deterioration or severe disease. Low flow to start with is reasonable but if deteriorating or risk factors I’d be asking staff to prepare for high flow & run through how to use it/set it up.
