The ADHD experience: • notice something • think “I should do something about that” • forget to do something about it And then just repeating that process for the rest of time.

If there's one thing I've learnt this year, is that if you really want to do an activity/ go to an event or concert and you can't find anyone to do it with.... just do it alone, you are missing out on so many amazing experiences waiting for your schedules and interests to align.

Can you imagine needing money for pads but you can't ask him because his mood is off ? Like your livelihood, sustenance, feminine hygiene, housing, access to water LITERALLY depends on how he feels about you that day😑 Feminism baby, they can never make me hate you
