You need to listen to the VETERANS, not just the top-tier people and your employees. THEY don't deal with the system, the VETERANS do, and they can tell you the major problems. The employees will only protect their territory and justify their existence. From a wife who had to fight for FIVE YEARS for my disabled vet to FINALLY be properly assessed, treated, and even now can't get decent health care, you need to ask your CUSTOMERS.
