(4) NDC has slatted may 6th for it's submission of it's party's register to INEC. For that reason, the party must immediately commence preparation for it's may 9th National convention, which will take place just 3 days after submission of it's party's register to INEC, to meet up INEC's may 10th 21 days deadline for party primaries. NDC is expected to endorse the consensus candidature of Peter Obi and Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso at the National convention, and also ratify the party's National Exco.
