@Supanet Press option 4 for cancellations. Ages waiting on phone. Eventually get through. Person answering says they don’t deal with cancellations so puts me on hold again . So why does option 4 direct you to them ? Awful service. I’m still waiting on the phone !

Who has the cheapest media bundle at the moment? Phone, Broadband, TV? And a reliable service. Currently with Virgin, but Talk Talk are 2/3 the price. I jus want basics, no sports/films, no super fast internet.

@Supanet Conned my brother in law out of a whole year subscription He only have service 2 weeks and cancelled it when Sky installation man said it was not their equipment. He was given impression he was joining a subsidary of Sky #fraud #scam#criminal
