Dear life, today I'm feeling uneasy, but I clam down now. So, in case y'all didn't know, my praise towards Kennedy Cartoons' work on Tiny Toons (which I quote post from @Gfurriends' post of the after-mention subject) is deleted, I'll try my best to explain on why I did this 1/2

@Gfurriends Oh yes for sure, I certainly hoped things would slow down for me to relax & stay clam, ending with the interesting experience I would never forget.

And I apologize for anyone (especially @Gfurriends) because this whole thing is really getting out of hand on my end, even though I lost possibly 2K views on my Kennedy Cartoon appreciation quote post, but at least I ca clam down & relax for now. 5/6

Well, I'll be Goddamn. My praise of Kennedy Cartoons' work on Tiny Toons has risen up in views & likes from all Animation & Cartoon Fans alike. However, I'm personally not happy nor impressed of this due to my not-so-positive opinions on the Spielberg-Ruegger Cartoons.

also worth noting that the flashier, pinup-esque designs often attributed to ruegger (mainly the women like minerva, babs, fifi and hello nurse) were actually designed by barry caldwell and dan haskett (this was also why they were huge with 90s furries)

I champion spumco era ren & stimpy (and spongebob)’s art direction because they made sure to design their incidentals with the same kind of specifications as the main stars, even when they had drastically different proportions

I rewatched some tiny toons and animaniacs shorts just to get screengrabs of the incidentals and yeah, they don't really look like they belong in any cartoon

I love Bill Maus’ humans in Rank and Stinky. They’re like generic cartoon people but in a good way, Unlike Animaniacs. Like Maus was just using his preconceived visual library and skills to riff up funny looking people on the fly.

@Gfurriends Actually, it was like that prior to the 70s & 80s. during that period, the animation model starting to take on the live action television production model (which is Writer-Based), & slowly but surely, the artists & directors lost control & had become subordinate to the writers.

@Gfurriends Exactly (I still stand by my statement on that). And I also believe that animation may not always be a collaborative effort depending on the specific show due to how compartmentalized the animation industry is ever since some time the mid-late 1960s or so.

@Gfurriends Oh, for sure, I think that’s the interesting benefit for Kennedy Cartoons because Glen Kennedy had others animators to from a balance between his scenes & the others scenes (even if it doesn’t always work).

@SuperBabaBooeyZ It's quite easy to tell the animators' styles apart. 1 - Noh Yonkun (close to GK) 2 - John D. Williamson (later worked at StarToons) 3 - Jin Kim (became Disney's first direct Korean animator in '97) 4 - Harold Duckett (aka: Stimpy)
