@strandjs We all know it’s about @shenetworks and I stand by her right to take maternity leave with no recourse after the fact. A change in role immediately upon return and reduction in pay soon after is lawsuit material and for a good way to lose customers. Officially blackballed for me.

@shenetworks Non-competes are almost always non-enforceable as long as you’re not stealing trade secrets or customers. Find a good employment attorney and pay them for an hour or so of their time to give you more info on where you stand. I’ll bet it’s worth it given the massive pay cut.

After not receiving a raise in the four years I’ve worked at BHIS they’ve now decided to reduce my pay by $40k after coming back from maternity leave and moving my role to solely pentesting. So I am looking for a new position effective immediately if anyone has any leads 😇
