This week sees the end of my time as Principle Investigator of the Iceland West SuperDARN auroral radar at Stokkseyri. It’ll be replaced by a new system built by US colleagues, but the current equipment has been adopted by local ham radio enthusiasts and will enjoy a 2nd life!
