Finally, you can ask Maps to “Find me a public toilet nearby where I don’t need to wait in line to buy something." Welcome to the future.

#ONStorm #ONwx ⛈️ Severe Thunderstorm Risk This Weekend? 👀 Looks like our storm season might be getting off to an early start! We’re closely watching a blast of warm air expected to move into Southern Ontario on Saturday that could briefly bring widespread double digit temperatures. Along with the milder temperatures, it may also help spark some thunderstorm activity across parts of the region. In fact, the Storm Prediction Center, which covers the United States, has issued a marginal and slight severe weather risk right up to our border along Lake Erie. Their forecast technically stops at the international border, but unless the storms forget their passport, weather systems don’t suddenly stop there. So this risk likely extends into nearby areas of Southern Ontario as well. We are also seeing signs of an environment that could support stronger storms, particularly across Southwestern Ontario where the warmer air and added instability would be most favorable. However, there is a big caveat when it comes to early season storm risks around the Great Lakes, the lake temperatures themselves. Both Lake Erie and Lake Huron remain very cold right now, with water temperatures still hovering near the freezing mark. This cold water can have a big impact on storms moving into the region. As storms pass over the chilly lake air, they can quickly lose energy which makes it harder for them to maintain their strength as they approach land. Because of this, we will have to watch closely to see if any storms that develop to our south can survive what is essentially a natural storm shield created by the cold Great Lakes. We’ll be monitoring the latest data closely and will have a preliminary forecast out tomorrow. That will also include a closer look at the upcoming “March Melt” that could bring a big warm up to parts of Southern Ontario. Stay tuned! - Brennen

Adding this, the 56A should be running hourly and than the normal 56 hourly as well since the park and ride definitely not need 30 minutes service if it can be used to speed up the trip

@GOtransit considering adding more 56A trips eastbound during the day, and more westbound later than the current t scheduled ones! Makes everyone’s commute a breeze by skipping park and ride
