@BentiVentiMenti Not likely. I liked Season 2 a lot but not much more than S1 and most of my comments would be along the lines of "yeah, everything I liked (and didn't like) about S1 is still there". Just not enough things to get the pen moving.

@MBTYuGiOh While it got an update that swapped the Master Rule and Banlist to 2020 standards, LotD Link Evolution initially released with MR4 and a mix of the TCG and OCG 2019 banlist that left Gumblar handloops and Rhango Turbo as the best decks for a YEAR after they were banned in paper.

THREAD THREAD THREAD!! Today I want to talk about YGO’s worst format of all time - just not in the TCG or OCG. What are your LEAST-favorite formats from YGO games, offshoots, or fan formats? I’ll start with this - basically just Dragon Ruler mirrors.

@MBTYuGiOh I remember playing the Starry Knights solo gate in Master Duel and thinking, "Oh, this must be some unexplored archetype from years ago when I wasn't paying attention" only to learn it came out within the same year as Tri-Brigade.

It’s just coming to a head. The OCG players outright stating that they wish Maxx C was banned and how it changes the landscape to make gameplay feel so different is something that should NOT be ignored by Konami. The BEST players in the WORLD want it gone from ALL FORMATS.
