@Casterwandhelp In my line of work, when something fails, we communicate, transparently to our audience, and put together an action plan to prevent future issues. Is your company doing that? Why does it seem like you don't care? How does it make you feel to know u caused suffering in children?

@Casterwandhelp I think it's a good product, but I dont trust your customer service team enough to make another purchase. From the look of it, you have made a lot of other children sad during the Christmas holiday. Shame on you.

@Casterwandhelp I have been trying to exchange a wand and box that stopped working. I am stuck in an e-mail loop. They just keep asking for basically the same info from me over and over with no resolution. Poor customer service. They were quick to take the money.

@Casterwandhelp @Dogturd3 I don't trust this customer service, for a large entertainment company, after my experience with them. Still no resolution. I had to file a charge back through my bank. 1 kid without their Christmas gift.

@Casterwandhelp my daughters xmas was ruined cause the wand I preordered doesnt work right at all, contacted support that day and was rather useless on helping...I want a replacement asap, and no one will help!!!! Do I have to hire lawyers to get a replacement?

@WBHomeEnt I even called the number my bank provided for customer service. It's the number for Warner Brothers Studio.

@WBHomeEnt Bought 2 for Christmas gifts. 1 dead on arrival; wouldn't charge in the box. Customer service is horrible, available via website chat or email with several days between responses. Bank got involved. 1 kid still without their gift. Not a satisfied customer.
