@RGGStudio it took you almost a week to respond and acknowledge. the issue is still ongoing. how is it still an issue when Yakuza Kiwami 2 had a simmilar issue but it was fixed within hours?

@PlayStation @RGGStudio @SEGA 4 days. 4 days since the release of the ps5 upgrade of yakuza kiwami. 4 days of not being able to download it due to an issue that is unknown to me. Yakuza kiwami 2 had the same issue but it was fixed in HOURS. what are you doing? please don't ignore

@kembonews @RGGStudio i had to reach out to the customer services for sony to get any kind of statement only to be told that they are aware it's a problem and are trying to fix it. it's now been 4 days?

@RGGStudio We still can't update Yakuza Kiwami 1 for PS5. Honestly, I'm very disappointed with the lack of explanation.

@JustEatUK who do I need to talk to about a complaint that a driver found a way to bypass the delivery code in order to steal my food that was never delivered? put in an order with Gregs in swindon. Driver marked as delivered as soon as he picked up and never came here. fuming.
