Fed up of paying £3.75 for two slices of thick cut ham. Bought a large gammon joint, from butchers, for £16, boiled it for tea, set some aside for soup. Sliced the rest. Four thick slices in each bag, so that would cost 8 x £3.75. Thirty quid of deli ham if I’d bought it in Tesco. Plus mine tastes better. It’s now in the freezer. Gonna do the same with beef and pork. They’re sandwich bags from Amazon.
