Lindsey Vonn crashed hard on Sunday at the 2026 Winter Olympics in Italy, seconds into her downhill race, while competing with a previously ruptured ACL. The 41-year-old was airlifted and underwent surgery to stabilize a fracture in her left leg. She is now in stable condition. She had come out of retirement to compete in these Olympics. Vonn previously made controversial comments disparaging President Trump. More recently, she tried to tone down her rhetoric while still showing disdain for him.
