Growth without quality = bad experiences at scale. When we start working with a lot of our customers, they are very eager to focus on growth and scaling...but in many cases a fundamental piece is not in place... ...a solid onboarding experience. We had one customer where 60% of people they onboarded never actually used their product...but they wanted to amp up their growth. We suggested instead that we start by unpicking *why* 60% of people were getting lost, and driving some change there before doubling-down on growth. Great engagement is not just content that gets eyeballs...it is a journey all the way through to them getting loads of value from your product. So, yeah, let's focus on growth...but let's get the fundamentals in place first, otherwise you just amplify a bad experience...which can negatively impact your brand. Progress over perfection 🤘
