@AllbrightNFL You probably need a fiber supplement. This the one I’ve found that has a decently high amount of fiber per serving and tastes good. It’s 9 grams of fiber with only 20 calories.

I got a bunch of you that follow me that do weightlifting and nutrition, could use some advice here. Been on this diet for a few months in an effort to get rid of fat… I’m just this week pivoting to working to adding muscle. I have no problem getting the protein to where I need…my problem is I’m not getting enough fiber, despite the fact that I’m eating broccoli, raspberries etc. I want to keep my calorie count below 1500. I want to keep the protein up around 150 or 160 but I need to get that fiber to 30 g a day and I’m failing.

Didn’t end how we would have liked, but I’m extremely proud of this #49ers team didn’t expect them to get this far this year, then to get all these injuries and still make this far I’m proud and can’t wait for next season.

I largely don't disagree, but the chances of the NFL doing either thing you suggest -- and reduce their TV value -- is 0.000000%. Teams have to figure out how to deal with it.

There's no real answer -- if you mean logical/reasonable/sensible. The NFL will keep going for more and more dollars. If it means a lesser and diluted product, they don't care.

They've got the extra roster spots with the practice squad. What they lose is the quality of play when the best players can't get through 17 games. But clearly the owners don't care about that. And the union isn't going to negotiate against itself in dollars vs. health.
