The problem with non POE ARPGS is whenever they try to mirror the pre patch hype cycle by showing off 1 uniques, it falls completely flat because these games have zero content that isnt designed around infinite scaling. You need to have content first before you hype uniques

Played pres evoker a bit at 90. Conceptually i feel like the pres changes completely failed. Zero feedback on 99% of the spells you press. Half the power of tied being random mechanics and untrackable hps. Most spells don't move pixels. So bad man
