@HastingsDirect this is being followed up with my lawyers and to the financial ombudsman, your customer service has been appalling and you have lost my custom ad infinitum.

@HastingsDirect I have. Still waiting on various teams since 28th March. Also, the automatic complaint email stated 3days! Which if answered is certainly the quickest response on the matter to date.

beware of phone numbers given out by @HastingsDirect- they give out premium rate numbers for their associates then everyone refuses to refund the extortionate cost 😡




@HastingsDirect why is your policy cancellation process never working? I suspect it's so you can keep taking my money even though I've been trying to cancel my policy for over 3 weeks. #scam

@HastingsDirect It can be once a fortnight or once a month. He's a new driver, works in a city centre and he has no parking ability. On his app he can only see with 2 weeks or total. There's nothing for 2 weeks but his total score is 81 and green

@HastingsDirect He does drive it. Just not very often as he works in the city centre where there is no parking so gets the bus. He wants it ensured so he can drive it when he needs to. But you're penalising him for not driving frequently enough.
