@SupportWakefit Ticket -2809903. Its been a week. Pictures were taken on a wakefit bed as supposed to be taken on flat surface. Not sure how clear the pictures can be. Clear difference of 1 inch. Plus the matteress has sunked in a particular area. Not sure what more we can do.

I shared videos, sent emails, and followed up endlessly. Every call has the same script: “Quality team will call tomorrow.” Tomorrow never comes. Return was refused in writing. I agreed to a replacement, but asked for one simple thing in writing: If the replacement chair is also defective, Wakefit will take it back and give a full refund. They refuse to put this on email. Instead, they just repeat their ready-made script to stick the customer in a loop. Now I’m told full replacement is not available for my pincode, only part replacement. How is that logical? If parts can reach me, a full chair can too. What shocked me most: a customer executive even said, “Sir, this is not a big issue.” For a company, ₹7,379 may be small. For a customer, it’s hard-earned money plus days of stress and broken promises. This is no longer a product issue it’s systemic customer neglect. Please be aware: people, don’t buy anything from Wakefit. Read the comments on their social media platforms. And don’t blindly trust influencers they are just marketing for money while real customers suffer.

@WakefitCo has the worst customer service. In my account, the email ID is misspelled and has been updated incorrectly. I emailed them multiple times to resolve this, but they still didn’t fix it. Till today, I ordered Lakhs of rupees worth of stuff from them, but it looks like now it’s time to move on to some other brand, as their service is getting worse day by day, even for placing orders, as you can not return things if you don’t like them. @Ankit_AGarg, @InfiniChai, I hope you both are aware that your company is running like that, and this is the service customer is getting
