Idk who needs to hear this, but clean company names before emailing. No one wants “Pvt/Ltd/LLC” in emails. Quick fix: 1.Open ChatGPT 2.Use this prompt: “Remove LLC, Pvt, AI, etc. Keep only the company name.” 3.Upload your list—done!

If you are doing mass cold emailing and you get even 1 positive response for every 1000 emails you’re at a great spot. Keep going.

You don’t always need cold outreach to get clients. Sometimes they’re right in front of you, struggling with what you can fix. They might not see the problem — but it’s your job to notice and help them solve it.

For example: if you sell your SMM service for $5K Offer a $300 growth kit first—like a content checklist (20 pieces)+ viral strategy. All customised for them. When they realise they need help, they’ll come back for the $5K package.

Guys, if you are afraid your prospect won’t say yes to your high-ticket service. Then start with a low-ticket offer that genuinely helps them. Build trust first, then pitch the high-ticket service. It’s a win-win strategy.

If you need to SOP everything in your business you’ve hired idiots. The word SOP has gotten used so much in our space critical thinking, resourcefulness and competency isn’t discussed enough. My best staff don’t need an SOP on how to tie their shoes.

A sales coach told me to open my discovery questions with this line: “I’m not sure if I can help you in the first place” Even to the cold audience! Which I don’t agree! For cold audience you should always have the plan set to show them on the call. What do you think?
