New version of Claude Code in the desktop app dropped today with tons of new features and performance improvements. Between Cowork and Code, I've found I don't really need to open other apps (or even my terminal) to do most of my work now.

the new @claudeai desktop app actually slaps 👏 quick hits from what I've found so far: • collapsible sidebar w/ project categories (very Codex-coded) • pin + customize projects in sidebar • theme colors + DARK MODE finally • streamlined branch + worktree + folder UI • bypass permissions looks way cleaner • hold-to-record audio in chat input • import GitHub issues straight into Claude Code • toggle transcript between verbose + summary + normal • activity usage + model breakdown on every new tab • new tab structure for chat / cowork / code • running agents in sidebar are way easier to read at a glance • slash commands show a preview on hover I might actually stay out of the terminal for a while only thing missing: a notification bell when an agent in another tab is ready for review. @AnthropicAI pls add.

Crimson Desert is Breath of the Wild/Tears of the Kingdom, Skyrim and Dragon’s Dogma combined into one. So far I’m loving this game. I was a little overwhelmed at first, but soon after, everything clicked.

You'll be just fine playing Crimson Desert on base consoles. The game is gorgeous! This is running on one (I'll let you guess which), in Quality Mode. By all means, play in the best possible hardware if you can, but don't let FOMO detract you from enjoying this experience.

PS5 Pro is the absolute best place to play any game period. $749 2TB 4k120 with PSSR2. Gonna be the best day of my life when GTA 6 gets announced to only support 60fps on the Pro 💙

Fought my first proper boss in Crimson Desert! ⚔️ I’m really enjoying combat, despite some camera issues, it’s really fun and satisfying! Constantly unlocking new moves, and that Pump Kick is PEAK!!! I quite like Kliff’s character also and generally enjoying the cutscenes 👌🏽🔥

Playing for hours on end and it gets better and better the more I play. 💯 I'm in the main city and it's super vibrant and busy. I really don't get the discourse surrounding this gem of a game. It's literally awesome #CrimsonDesert

@WillJPowers @pereiravanilso1 I have a 120hz tv… I use LG G4 2024. And when I run this game it looks awful in terms of graphics … I use balanced on ps5. are you telling me to disable 120hz ?

@pereiravanilso1 so, my assumption is this - you're using one of the modes that requires a 120hz TV, without having a tv that supports it - so, try testing one of the other modes in the game - performance / balanced, etc
