@arghavan_salles I am so sorry you are going through this. I had a coworker say that I should have another baby not knowing our story. Hoping to nip it in the bud, I said, "My body doesn't make babies easily." To which she replied, "Oh, it's not hard!" Even when we try, ppl don't listen.

My oven is dead. It cannot be fixed. While I am figuring out how to replace it, I am thinking about getting an air fryer to help out with potatoes and veggies and such that I like to roast. Any suggestions on make, features etc?

@iKnit4me2 @punished_cait We hire a lot of people fresh out of university so I try to remind them this part is a marathon, not a sprint. Plowing ahead without any breaks and doing unpaid OT is just going to burn them out... and then our employer will replace them with another fresh-faced go-getter.
