@CeXSupport @Cex I have tweeted, used insta and tried to call locally and centrally. I have a friend who can collect and will be in the right place on Fri. I paid yesterday. None of this seems to be leading me to my phone!! :(

@CeXSupport This is the last one from yesterday. If we could contact the store I'd hope we could find a solution as I will be there on Fri or am happy to approve my friend collecting for me but I'm hitting a brick wall currently! :(

@Cex I was really trying to buy second hand but this system isnt very supportive!! I can't even call centrally as it signposts to your website or here for urgency. I'm only saving about £40 buying from you. Please help? I didn't want to buy new but do need a solution!
