@DjokovicFan_ Go, Joker! Love the way Novak has humanised over the time he's been in the public eye. I've gone from not liking him, then being on the fence to now enjoying him. I think he's come out of his shell quite a bit, but I don't see him as an egotist. Good on him!

@ResisttheMS LOVE the philosophy Big Balls said he learnt from Musk, doing what you think is right. Can be tough in jobs to do this and not be booted out. And I'd say in Musk's companies you wouldn't maybe survive if you went with what you thought was right and Elon didn't agree with you.

Big Balls explains what working with Elon Musk taught him. "You've gotta do what you think is right. That's the biggest thing about Elon." "I think if I was to distill the Elon mindset into one thing, it would be truthmaxxing."

CUNNING as a fox: King Charles has perfectly delivered some masterful lines during his US trip using an actor's timing and years of speechmaking skills. bbc.com/news/articles/…

@ViQueenie HERE's hoping "Fred" isn't going to woof this down on his own and leave "Gladys" starving. Note: I'm using the pet names Charles and Camilla have for each other.

@OutdoorHorizon Yep, I will take it. This groove machine sits right with my vibe and I will put it through its paces on all "the" streets in Melbourne where it's chic to be seen and heard. This Tesla is white hot!

LOVE this story on Jennifer Rauchet's dress. It shows women they don't have to spent a fortune on an outfit to wear to a formal event. Great choice, Jennifer. ‘OMG’: Furore over $60 dress after shooting. news.com.au/lifestyle/fash… via @@newscomauHQ

@cb_doge REALLY great reason to learn a topic, Elon. An obsession with the truth is brilliant and wonderful to carry over into all areas of our lives.

@maura_resister Wonderful bit of humour there, Maura. I daresay any discussion about ex-prince Andrew between the King and Trump has been off limits on Charles' US visit.

A medieval palace in the English countryside has a small bell mounted by a window, with a rope hanging down to the moat below. Since the 1850s, the resident swans have been pulling the rope to ring the bell when they want to be fed. The tradition began when one of the bishop’s daughters taught it to a single swan in the 1850s, and the swans have been passing it on ever since. The current pair, Grace and Gabriel, are the latest in the line. Each year, after their cygnets hatch, Gabriel walks them up to the bell and teaches them to pull the rope before they leave the moat to start their own lives. The tradition is now 170 years old.

@JamesMelville Correct. Neither Starmer nor Boris Johnston, to name a present and recent leader, are/were statesmen. Charles learnt the role from childhood, but some leaders are naturals as were Margaret Thatcher and Winston Churchill. Important for political parties to choose well.

I’m no royalist, but King Charles is giving a masterclass on sophisticated diplomacy on his US visit. He’s combining charm while displaying dry humour at Donald Trump’s expense. In effect, he’s displaying the type of characteristics that are completely beyond Keir Starmer.

First, I discovered that King Charles has red squirrels that he has named and they roam freely on his porch, where they eat and play. Now, I've learned that #GrandpaWales also cares for rescue chickens at Highgrove.😊 Someone should write a book titled "George, Charlotte, Louis, and Grandpa Wales’s Nature Adventures." We already know he's taken his grandchildren sailing, teaching them to navigate the waters, and they've planted numerous trees together. I'm certain they've also encountered The King’s chickens and red squirrels! 😂 “He also has hundreds of bird tables at Highgrove and replenishes them by hand personally every day he is there. His passion for the environment and the natural world is something I want to repeat in the way I raise George, Charlotte and Louis” — Prince William ❤️ #KingCharles #Highgrove #PrinceWilliam #PrinceGeorge #PrincessCharlotte #PrinceLouis

@DarrigoMelanie The failure by Tesla to pay its way in taxes is exposed year after year, but nothing is done about it. Same occurs in Australia with some companies. It's dreadfully unfair.

@DanQayyum Charles' speech went over Trump's head. Doubt he could make head nor tail out of it. It's not like he's blessed with a great command of the English language.

What did Charles actually do? He praised NATO in front of its loudest critic. He championed climate action in front of a climate denier. He called for interfaith dialogue during an administration that has banned citizens from Muslim-majority countries. He praised checks and balances on executive power to a room full of lawmakers who have been unable to exercise them. He referenced the Middle East crisis that is currently straining the alliance he was there to celebrate. He defended the Royal Navy after Trump publicly insulted it. And he did all of this while receiving standing ovations, bipartisan laughter, and a dinner invitation.

WILD: 🇺🇸 Congressman Goldman showed 'credible FBI receipts' that Trump "unzipped his pants, forced a 13-year-old’s head down, and when she bit his p*nis, he punched her and called her a b*tch." "There's multiple allegations that he sexually assaulted young girls."

@dmweisberger @RobertKennedyJr Some fantastic observations here about the quality of food in Italy vs the US. Mind you, I didn't fare as well in Italy, especially the bread, but we are individual in our responses to various foods anywhere.

I just spent 2 incredible weeks in Italy and it is so frustrating to come back to the U.S… How is it possible @RobertKennedyJr that the Italian food supply is so vastly superior. I literally ate bread at every meal, dessert multiple times per day, and generally ate way more than I do in the U.S. Not once did I have acid reflux. Not one headache, no digestive problems, and I didn’t gain any weight. If I ate the same way in the U.S. (I used to at times) I would have gone through a full bottle of Tums and Advil just to get through the day… WHY does the U.S. allow glyphosate in wheat, high fructose corn syrup in food and who knows what in our milk products? The difference in quality of life in Italy vs the U.S. is staggering from their common sense (anti corporate) food regulation. WHY aren’t more people upset about this? The U.S. is the richest country in the world and we eat like one of the poorest.
