@Delta After our plane turned around due to an issue, Delta couldn't get us another flight for 15 hours. No hotel, no food, just $100 future credit and some toothpaste. Customer service hold time is over 2 hours. Missing the whole first day of our prepaid vacation. Thanks @delta.
