@qatarairways I received an answer by email this week from customer services to say it was closed. It did not indicate who reviewed my case.

@qatarairways I don’t believe you really care about people or customers. I have tried to make a complaint and keep getting cut off with no escalation route. Is this really right for such an organisation? You are not accountable to any body??
