How many times did Cllr Evans confidently claim at the council meeting that the legal action was now academic and would therefore be thrown out by a judge? He really ought to have checked with the judge first. Awkward!

The judge took no time at all to dismiss @plymouthcc’s application to have the judicial review thrown out. We received a response the very next day. The judge agreed that it is not academic.
