Pipeline to the coast details: * Alberta submit a proposal for a new oil pipeline to the major projects office by July 1. * Federal government designate it as a project of national interest by Oct. 1. * Design and construction "may commence as early as Sept. 1, 2027. It's not clear how it navigates the tanker ban Bill-C48 but Bill-C5 will be the key for it Bill-C69. Need to see if it holds as I'm sure challenges will come up. All Alberta had to do to be able to potentially develop its economy is just surrender to all of Mark Carney's demands and green agenda ideologies and buy into Pathways Project that will cost taxpayers billions.

Danielle Smith: today is a good day for Alberta. Because we are getting more taxes and red tape...yay!. > Current Rate: $95/tonne (through end of 2026). > 2027–2029 Rate: $100/tonne. > $130/tonne by 2035. Plus billions in cost for Pathways Project. The best part of this all: none of it I'd actually needed.

A few points on the Powering Canada Strong announcement that is important to understand; * Doubling Canada's electricity generation capacity is paramount. I just wish it wouldn't take 20+ years. We don't generate enough electricity to be self-sufficient or participate in future industries. We have no choice. Has to be done. It's something I called for a while and spoke on. * Linking the connectivity of Canada's fragmented grid. This is a must to increase productivity, and remove waste. It's a one step back for two steps forward type of investment. * the connection and expansion of the grid is one of the important things we need to do reach mining areas and develop these sectors and for the growth of smaller communities around. The problem with these whole announcement is that it is all net zero based which means it won't necessarily build the most reliable possible grid for the $ and will other ridiculous costs to be carbon tax trading based on the way. It's completely inefficient from capital planning point. Mark Carney says: It will require the spreading of costs over time using our AAA balance sheet so that ratepayers don't pay all of the costs of investments today. That means the government is planning to borrow MASSIVELY! That cost will appear not only in your electricity bill but also in the value of the CAD and interest costs that is already hitting record every single year. This plan is utilizing legitimate needed action to transform all of Canada's energy need into ideological driven carbon tax trade system and inefficient power generation that all together will cost Canadian taxpayers hundreds of billions more than it should.

Everything Carney does revolves around a trace essential gas. He believes a better world for our kids is one without “carbon” a molecule that is responsible for the greening of our earth. The belief that taxing CO2 will somehow improve the weather is the equivalent of listening to a person a thousand years ago telling us next years crop will be better if we throw a virgin into a volcano.

First the airports, now the ports... it's a Carney fire sale! "Buried deep in the pages of a discussion paper released Friday — one of two published for swift 30-day public consultations — is the announcement that the government is open to and seeking a report on the potential amalgamation of certain unnamed “key ports” in Canada and “divestiture” of others."

Some excellent news as Canada’s manufacturing capacity utilization rate just SOARED to 82.2% 🔥 It's at one of the highest levels in nearly 10 years and in optimal range. Leading the way are transportation equipment, petroleum & coal products, primary metals, and aerospace sector gets the nod. Rebounding manufacturing is the key driver for our economy.

🚨 Danielle Smith is straight-up COOKING in Alberta. She just declared war on wokeism and actually delivered: •Passed the Jordan Peterson Law to stop regulatory bodies punishing people for their personal views •Introduced Bill 25 to rip politics and ideology out of classrooms •Protected kids from irreversible medical gender interventions •Stood up for women and girls in sports •Used the notwithstanding clause like a boss to shield children •Banned explicit porn from school libraries •Rejected taxpayer-funded safe supply — real recovery instead This is what REAL CONSERVATIVE LEADERSHIP LOOKS LIKE!! @fordnation Doug Ford… when the hell are you finally going to stand up for Ontario the same way? Grab a pencil ✏️ and notepad 📝 Doug — Alberta just showed you exactly how it’s done Your move, Premier!! Who’s ready for this energy across Canada? #DanielleSmith #EndWokeism #abpoli #onpoli #cdnpoli #DougFord #StandUpForOntario

Does this sound like a good deal or extortion? Before Alberta is *allowed* to export it's oil overseas, create thousands of jobs, and billions for the economy, they must first agree to: > increase in industrial carbon tax > net zero targets > methane regulations > Pathways Project or no pipeline "Do as I say or you don't get to make a living." Sounds more like authoritarianism than cooperative federalism.
