Anecdotally, this wasn’t true for us. Our public elementary school was amazing with the IEP interventions, & we were able to get our child to where he needed to be. Was it hard? Yes. Did it take work at home? Yes. But he’s now thriving. We were lucky and had an amazing team.

The DNC is flying a banner this afternoon over the UGA v. Tennessee Tech game in Athens that says "Beat Trump, Sack Project 2025." Personally, I would've gone with "Trump ♥️s the Gators, Vote Harris" but not too shabby.

Yep. They’re there so police responding know what room number it is from the outside. Because they don’t know where Ms. Smith’s classroom is but they can find room 146.

I’m walking into a middle school that is not my family’s for a meeting. I was told to enter through door 1. Helpful directions. As I walk to door 1, I pass door 20. And four windows for room 146 with room numbers on the outside. Yall know why those are there, right?

1. 9+6=15 2. Carry the 1 (yeah, we all know it’s really a 10, not 1) 3. 50+20+10+5=85 Yea, you can move a 1 to the 29 to make it 30 so it is 30+55, which equals 80. But do we need to penalize kids if they do it the first way instead of showing the second “strategy?” #commoncore
