I have been in all day, and no sign of delivery. I have contacted your WhatsApp support and dealt with the ‘bot’. I have not spoken to a customer advisor yet. What is going on?!

@MarksElectrical why is my order being stated as ‘delivered’ when I have not received the item. I did not get a text delivery window the night before as I should have. All day, the tracking has stated ‘due to be delivered’. Now it states ‘delivered’ when it obviously has not.

@BBCNews Is anyone reporting on the massive outage of mail accounts. It’s been 2 days with email accounts frozen & no way to unblock them. Many people now have everything paperless, email accounts are an essential service. It would be nice is to get an answer from @Microsoft

Finished binge watching the Serial Killers Wife. Badly produced, poorly portrayed and vague, Far too much emphasis on sex scenes with fill the silent gaps yourself script, instead of concentrating on the plot. Messy out of touch middle class nonsense. My opinion don’t bother
