So, weeks of having water like this and apparently this is safe to drink?! Smells of metal, has been “flushed” numerous times and still no improvement! Please, someone sort this out! @unitedutilities

@sarajcox Working in a well known little supermarket, a blackbird flew into the store while we were bringing the delivery in…. I’m terrified of birds, and not ashamed to say that I pulled rank as team leader and made my colleague and the delivery driver get it out, while I hid 😂😂

@northernassist @jamesbwfc How come there were no extras last night? Thousands of people (including me) were unable to use their return ticket to Manchester as there was only 1 train on! And a bus replacement a few hours after the last bus! Cost us £60 in a taxi as the transport provided was appalling!

@CooperativeBank Hi, thanks for the reply. My account balance hasn’t updated since my wages have been paid in today. If I click on the actual deposit, it shows the correct balance after the transaction, however, on both the app and website, my account balance is incorrect.

What’s going on @AldiUK? Firstly a perfectly good pork sausage has been ruined by adding way too much pepper, then our cheese and tomato pizza was spicy 🥵 and finally my box of Benefit cereal looks like it’s just come back from 2 weeks in the sun! And tastes burnt! 😢

I work in retail. My favourite game with rude customers is to be as polite and cheerful as humanly possible, and watch them get more and more infuriated. Closely followed by being just a bit too slow when someone basically throws an item at my counter, because they're in a rush.

@AVIHouseParty @fesshole I do this all the time with a colleague who randomly took a dislike to me when I first started working with him. Gives me so much pleasure forcing him to speak to me! 😂😂😂

@fesshole This is actually part of customer service training. The nicer you are the harder it is for your abuser (the customer) to be mad at you, and if they continue to get mad they just look a twat in front of everyone else. I use this ALL the time with customers and frenemies 😉
