@AvantiWestCoast you must be close to being the most complained about brand/ service/ company in uk right now, 2 cancelled trains, chaos then with 3 full trains trying to get on 1, asked to get off because to overcrowded, get on a 4th just and plugs don’t work 🤷🏻‍♂️

@HighwaysNWEST Physical signs at the actual junction only when we got there, the overhead signs coming along the m62 from Liverpool only said closed 5-4 🤷🏻‍♂️

@AvantiWestCoast It’s a disgrace standing room only, and there is not much of that, you do realise that Man Utd have been playing Watford, there are hundreds of people stood up on this train… very very bad planning please escalate this as a complaint

@SvenAndrews I would suggest heading to our unreserved carriages - C and U in standard class. Fingers crossed there's space in those for you. Again apologies about this but cancellations do happen from time to time on the network.- Laura
