En 24 horas he sufrido dos veces el peor customer service posible de @Balearia. Después de cancelar por segunda vez mi ferry, la única respuesta de atención de cliente es “no puedo ayudarte”. ¿Hay alguien en #Balearia que se preocupa por los clientes? Por favor llamadme.

Sin duda, @ING_es tiene el peor servicio de cliente que he sufrido en los últimos años. Pretenden preocuparse por los clientes pero es puro marketing. En la última semana he interactuado con seis personas de atención al cliente y ninguna ha tenido capacidad de resolución.

There's definitely no excuse for my behaviour last night. I'm very sorry for that. We played a very good game from the 2nd half on - After 111 minutes I was not able to help my team anymore and before the final whistle I did a mistake. Sorry again to the referee and to everyone I have disappointed last night.
