@OrthoLog Vassili, I'm trying to bring scientists together who study orthologous genes. Can you please DM me about your twitter handle? Thank you!

@TESLA_is_a_TREX @BonusLevelFund I'm the person you are supposedly quoting from the Harvard webinar and what you wrote is not at all what I said. What I said is that >90% of diagnostic tests ran in the US are laboratory developed tests, not FDA approved ones, and many more of those LDTs are coming for Saphyr.

@sbarnettARK @SN_Economics Simon, that claim is based on the author's quote. Yes, theoretically, you can find some long molecules with LR sequencing that can link promoters and enhancers. Here they looked at 100,000 such pairs at 30-300x coverage. Good luck getting that out of any long reads!

@SN_Economics One question I do have is around why the associated press release says this type of analysis would be 'impossible' w/ short or long-reads. That's a fairly bold statement and conflicts with feedback I've gotten from researchers. I'd like to understand better.

@Shachi_iv Most reference quality genomes of plants and animals are built using Bionano optical maps. Bionano has over 100 Nature papers for plant and animal genomes. But the last few years cancer and genetic disease have taken focus.

$BNGO It tells #Saphyr is not only about healthcare but also change livestock business. How about plants then...?
Bionano@bionano

Dr. Jarvis is using #Saphyr to build reference-quality genomes and will compare them with animal species that are sensitive to infection with SARS-CoV-2 or not. It’s an exciting and original approach which we described here before: bit.ly/3osSgqN $BNGO #BionanoSymposium

@JoeButlerUK Joe, what I think is the most impressive here is that it's not just Bionano vs an other technique, it's Bionano vs ALL EXISTING METHODS COMBINED. It's just incredible that it outperforms that combination.

@hccmoller Good feedback, thank you. We've obviously seen a tremendous increase in attention to what we post in the last few weeks and noticed that our posts get retweeted with the ticker symbol. We were just trying to make things easier. Got a lot of pos responses too, we'll evaluate.

I think it should concern investors a bit that a Genomics company is using their own ticker symbol to sign off tweets. I want Bionano to succeed but these tweets feel like stock pumping $BNGO
Bionano@bionano

Dr. Barseghyan presented 6 cases solved with #Saphyr. That concludes the scientific presentations for today - now on to the discussion and Q&A. $BNGO

Reading 131 pages of 10K $BNGO WOW their device looks like a big breakthrough in gene study. I am becoming more positive in this company. So many big pharma are using their device. But I Wonder did they hit 12 human samples per day target of 2020?

If someone applies the $BNGO technology to Alzheimer's Disease patients and publishes decent results, as released today for the Autism Spectrum Disorder patient, WOW!!!
