@LazyNick5 I think this implies that even tho pochitas name was erased, he still exists as denjis heart and since denji doesn’t know that, he cant make the contract to become chainsaw man. So I think that Denji is still a weapon hyprid, he just doesn’t know that he can transform.

@GGCalledGame @mangaa Power saving Denji is meant to be some spiritual mumbo jumbo carrying over to the new timeline, same reason why Makima is replaced by Nayuta. She didn’t care about dogs when Denji first met her, but now just smelling like a dog is enough to make her save him
