The scenes surpasses more than just "goonbait", it's objectifying. Miss Info, for example, is one of the most visually attractive character in the episode-

@3322996a Kurt Busiek's Thunderbolts is the best and most obvious answer, but I really liked him in Cap's books (He becomes really prevalent around #289 iirc?) and the Avengers (His arc is around Avengers #273.)
