‘उरले उरात काही आवाज चांदण्यांचे’ सुरेश भटांचे हे शब्द ऐकले तेव्हा वाटलं होतं की चांदण्यांचा म्हणून काही आवाज असला तर तो आशाताईंचाच असेल. आज मात्र ‘आकाश तारकांचे उचलून रात्र गेली’ तरी आमच्या कानांत, मनात, उरात हा ‘आवाज चांदण्यांचा’ कायम राहील. #आशाभोसले #ashabhonsle

India is the world's largest producer of mangos, growing roughly 45-50% of the world's mangos every year. However, less than 1% of those mangos get exported due to the fact that people in India eat almost all of them.

Hi! I’m Rise! About a week ago, I launched aboard the Artemis II mission with four of my besties. Since then, I have been serving a very important purpose aboard the Orion spacecraft… I float. (And I look cute.) Today, I am taking over the Artemis social media accounts! -Rise

“Rise” has a soft round body that resembles the Moon and wears a baseball cap that represents Earth. This design is inspired by the “Earthrise” photo captured in 1968 by the Apollo 8 crew.

One of my biggest fears is a random dog biting me or my family. Rabies is one of the deadliest disease... Thus, I stay far from dogs... Even if it is a pet!

If you want to understand the scale of this image:- Stream bottom = ~3500m (11,483 ft) Annapurna Summit = 8091m (26,545 ft) Vertical rise = ~4600m (15,091 ft) That's nearly the entire height of Mont Blanc from near sea-level and could fit 5.5 Burj Khalifas stacked on top of each other. I was stunned & terrified when I witnessed this as a young hiker.

This is a naked attempt to end free speech entirely in India. The government seeks to curtail our fundamental right as citizens of this great nation to write & disseminate "socio-political, economic or cultural" material. If they prevail, our democratic experiment will be over.

Apple sealed water inside 100 million phones this year. A single pinhole in any one of them kills the device permanently. Vapor chambers have been in phones since the Galaxy S7 in 2016. The principle is old. Heat pipes using phase-change cooling run nuclear reactors, cool satellites, regulate server racks. Everyone knows how to build one. Building one that's thinner than a credit card, sealed by laser welding, filled with deionized water in a partial vacuum, using copper powder sintered at 900°C in hydrogen to form the wick structure? That narrows the supplier list to basically three companies on earth. Now do the math on reliability. Every single vapor chamber is a sealed vacuum with water inside a phone that gets dropped, frozen, overheated, and shoved in pockets for five years. One microscopic weld defect, one pinhole in the copper, one contamination particle in the water, and the phase-change cycle dies. Permanently. No repair. The phone throttles for life. At 100 million units, a 99.99% yield rate still means 10,000 phones ship broken. Apple's typical component defect tolerance is closer to single-digit parts per million. That means fewer than 100 failures out of 100 million. On a component where the failure mode is invisible until the phone overheats under load three months later. The thermal conductivity gain is 300% over the graphite sheets in the iPhone 16 Pro. Surface temperature drops nearly 10°C during 4K recording. Sustained performance jumps 40%. Those numbers explain why Apple waited nine years after Samsung. The physics was ready in 2016. The supply chain to produce 100 million zero-defect sealed vacuum chambers wasn't.
Gaurab Chakrabarti@Gaurab

Apple sealed water inside the iPhone 17 Pro. It's called a vapor chamber. Held at partial vacuum, the water boils well below 100°C. That's the design. When the A19 Pro heats up, the water vaporizes, spreads across a 40mm copper envelope, condenses, and wicks back through copper powder that was sintered at 900°C in hydrogen (to form the pore structure). There's no pump or fan. Apple implemented the same phase-change principle that runs a nuclear reactor in a copper sheet thinner than a credit card. Samsung already shipped this in 2019. Apple waited six years. A sealed vacuum with water and porous copper has to survive drops, temperature extremes, and five years of daily use without a single leak. One leak and the cycle dies permanently. Apple needs 80 to 100 million of these per year. Three suppliers make them, all in Taiwan and China.
