The goal is not to mix communities to get a desired split, lmao. It’s so each community votes a whole, together - not so your community can skew the other communities.

@LoganDobson @CurtisHouck I mean to be fair, it’s a lot easier to have aesthetic looking districts when you have the vast majority of the land to work with. Blue voters’ tendency to live in tightly packed bunches makes them much easier to isolate and divide.
