I visited the boutique three times yesterday specifically to ask about the arrival of the new AP × Swatch shipment. At no point was I informed that a registration or waiting list was required. I returned again this morning before the shipment arrived (around 10:30 AM, as confirmed by the staff). Once again, no one mentioned any registration process or offered me the opportunity to join one.However, when the shipment arrived, I was told the watches would only be sold to people who had already registered. When I asked if I could register on the spot, I was simply told that registration was closed.As a customer, I find this process lacking in transparency and fairness. If a registration system exists, why wasn't it communicated to customers who repeatedly visited the store asking about the release? Why wasn't the same information given to everyone?Unfortunately, experiences like this inevitably raise questions about how these highly sought-after releases are allocated. Swatch owes its customers a transparent and consistent process that gives everyone an equal opportunity to purchase, rather than leaving room for speculation about preferential treatment or other practices.I hope Swatchinvestigates this matter and clarifies how these allocations are handled so that all customers are treated equally.
