@Swatch @AudemarsPiguet Following my complaint, I was contacted directly by Swatch Austria's Brand Manager.
I asked one very simple question that required only a Yes or No answer.
My question:
"Can Swatch officially confirm that the staff at the Graben boutique did not have confirmed information about an incoming Royal Pop delivery during my visits on 5 July and my three visits on 6 July, and that this is why I was never offered pre-payment or registration?"
Instead of answering that question, I received another detailed explanation that still avoided the point.
The response stated:
"Customers are informed during their visit to the store, as long as we have... a confirmed incoming allocation..."
and
"If we do not have... a confirmed allocation... the store team cannot point customers towards a process that is no longer possible."
Yet the simple question remains unanswered:
Did the Graben staff have confirmed information about an incoming Royal Pop shipment during my visits on 5 and 6 July — yes or no?
I'm not asking for another explanation of the process. I'm asking for a factual confirmation of what the staff knew at the time.
A straightforward Yes or No would resolve the matter. The continued avoidance of that direct question only raises further concerns about the transparency and consistency of the process.
