Despite our best efforts, we have not been able to reach a fair deal, and starting today, Disney programming will not be available on YouTube TV. This means you will no longer be able to watch channels like ABC and ESPN or access recordings from these networks in your Library.

Members, when we renew our contracts with network partners, we advocate for fair pricing to offer you the best TV experience. Our contract with Disney has reached its renewal date, and we'll not agree to terms that disadvantage our members while benefiting Disney’s TV products.

A3: Use the snooze option to prioritize! I also love the email to task option to remind me of actions I need to take based on emails. Another thing—go to a classroom or shared space I. The building to check some emails instead of the office. Visibility… #leadLAP

A4: Bourbon 🥃😬. Oh wait, that’s probably the wrong answer…. I set aside 20 minutes twice a day for devotional focus. Usually before work & after work, but sometimes I have to shut my door in the middle 🙏😳 #LeadLAP

A3: The 2 email rule. If the details aren’t clear in 2 emails, I go talk to the person. 2) 4 email rule. I only get to send 4 emails to staff groups/ week. This makes me think about ways to communicate well & effectively. AND 7pm rule. I don’t check or send after 7. #LeadLAP

Just a note, remember I’m at the Supt level so I am trying to make this happen on a really big level.

A2) We added 3 things to our BOE meeting agendas: 1) Curriculum Corner- T & S share their work to BOE. 2) Data Dive- Schools share the data we have, good or bad. 3) Staff Shout-Outs- recognizing our staff monthly. Beyond this I do a regular 6 Minutes w/ Swayne video #LeadLAP

A1: This is often difficult because everyone in the culture has to buy in. We do our best to simply advocate for & celebrate RISK TAKING. I love it when staff step out to risk something & we celebrate no matter outcome #LeadLAP
