My “new food” is delicious, decadent, and makes me feel incredible. My “old food” was tasty too, but it never made me feel incredible. Quieting hunger for 3 hours was about the best it could do. Food should always taste spectacular AND always make you feel spectacular.

In my mind, love is not a romantic feeling. Being IN love, perhaps, but not baseline love. That love is to will the good of others. We can practice that all day, every day, with everyone. Even with people we don’t like. 🙏
