@virginmedia I get this, then I sign in another way and it sends an email to verify. Go back to the main screen and nothing. The same thing over and over again So bloody frustrating I had a look at the link, put postcode and surname, but nothing on there to say it's our account.

@virginmedia We have tried calling, and as they answered, the call was cut off It is becoming hugely frustrating now 5 days nearly all day, just trying to speak to a person. It's absolutely disgusting how your customers are treated There must be another way to speak to someone on the phone
