Ian Holloway’s message to Swindon fans after their failure to reach the play-offs:
"We tried to get out of this division, and we looked like we promised it, and we didn't.
"So we've got to go again, and if you've enjoyed some of the football but not this ending, then hopefully you'll want to come back next year.
"I'm going to endeavour to get you a better team, a better squad, and we won't have quite as many problems as we've had that might have affected people as well.
"We have to look at everything that we've done, as I always do, you have got to own it, and you've got to move forward."

@CopnellSTFC@BBCWiltsSport There could be lots of managers in non-league that could do a (better) or even a player who is returning but looking to take up a managerial role.
@BBCWiltsSport We ain’t getting a manager as good as him if he leaves, what he does works seeing where we were at Xmas. What we need is a few improvements to the squad, yeah second half’s been abysmal. But we need to hold onto this bloke and rebuild around it. Bin the support staff off at least
Quick question for everyone who was in the ground yesterday, did anyone hear the Roll of honour.
im starting to think maybe it was only on the radio not actually broadcast in the ground
@leefer3 I think we all got carried away by the results we had in the 1st half of the season. Too many matches in the 2nd half of the season where we’ve not turned up. I like Holloway but he has come out with some weird comments this year. Maybe a new manager but who would be a good shout
Gutted
Time to hold my hands up and say I got it wrong
Really thought we would go up this season
Wrong
For what it's worth a bit unlucky today
Been a big supporter of Holloway, but it needs a change now IMO
Love this club and ile be back next season
