@StfcShaun @Official_STFC I actually think it’s more likely the opposite. It was written correctly, put into AI as the proof read step (rather than having another human do it) and AI changed the name and it wasn’t spotted.

@mendieGK @Official_STFC The overarching point is that he absolutely not should be a one man band, the ownership is to blame 100% on that. But, even as a small team there should be adequate reviews in place that errors such as this should never be missed, one person writes, another proofs before posting.
