The judge never said he was in contempt of court, to be fair. Also, the way the other lawyer was coming across was pure douchebag/intimidation. When he walked up to the trans and stepped like he was going to hit/tackle the trans, totally unacceptable behavior in a court room. You can tell the judge and the other lawyer were mad because the trans was throwing shade at their jurisdiction by questioning their authority. Right down to the cops using excessive force. That county showed that trans how it goes down when you question their authority. I’ve seen shit like this happen. This whole thing is family court, too, so they already got that chip on their shoulder from not being considered a real court(it’s not). The whole thing stinks. No reason for any of it. It could have been handled a totally different way. I’d sue if I was the trans. The judge never said he was in contempt, yet still, the cops were already getting physical. They jumped way too soon.

Hopkins, an Oklahoma attorney, ignored repeated warnings and continued arguing and interrupting the judge before the officers were called in to arrest her. “I’m a transgender attorney practicing all over the state!” Hopkins shouted, also yelling that he “couldn’t breathe” and requesting a female officer.

During the first airing of my Star Trek series where a kiss was objectionable; many southern stations pulled the episode & condemned the show.
